Hushwheel Atlas Consolidation¶
- Audit date:
2026-03-18(Asia/Tbilisi) - Repository root:
/home/standard/dspy_rag_in_repo_docs_and_impl1 - Base
masterbefore this consolidation turn:cf806f0
Scope¶
This audit captures a consolidation pass over the Hushwheel fixture and the repository surfaces it touches:
- added a markdown-native atlas at
tests/fixtures/hushwheel_lexiconarium/docs/constellation-atlas.mdwith a repeated orbit structure that is intentionally different from the C source layout - wired that atlas through the fixture README, Doxygen input, packaging/install rules, lint checks, manifest metadata, generator metadata, and pytest assertions
- refreshed the tracked-file inventory after adding the new documentation surface
- tightened the root coverage targets in
Makefileso repeatedmake quality/make coverageruns remove stale.coverageshards before reporting - regenerated the committed Hushwheel PDF so the binary documentation matches the new markdown contract
Executed Commands¶
Executed successfully in this turn:

Current Verification Status¶
Configured and exercised in this turn:
- tracked-file inventory sync
- compile checks
- targeted utility and BDD pytest coverage
- repository smoke test
- Rust wrapper build
- fixture-local quality, hardening, sanitizer, coverage, profiling, and packaging surfaces
- repository surface verification
- root repository quality gate
- hook installation
- Doxygen PDF regeneration
Configured but not exercised in this turn:
- post-push GitHub Actions logging for the upcoming push
- notebook-by-notebook execution outside the existing pytest and publication checks
Absent or not exercised in this turn:
- browser or UI tests: none found
- live Azure endpoint probes: not exercised
- deployment validation beyond smoke/quality surfaces: not exercised
Notes¶
- The new
constellation-atlas.mdis the fixture's markdown-only anchor: it keeps a recurring orbit pattern that is easy to identify in retrieval, packaging, and generated-doc contexts without forcing the source comments to imitate markdown structure. - The root
Makefilecleanup of$(COVERAGE_FILE_PATH)was necessary for repeatable coverage runs in the current worktree. The corresponding assertion was added totests/test_project_surfaces.py. - This audit is intentionally written before the push. Post-push GitHub Actions evidence belongs
in
samples/logs/after the branch update completes.
