Summary

This audit was captured while writing a root-level repository completeness checklist. The current committed state verifies as a complete scaffold for baseline repository-grounded RAG, MCP discovery, offline Azure manifest generation, notebook and Makefile surface validation, Python quality gates, and Rust wrapper builds.

It does not yet verify as complete for automated DSPy training, live Azure deployment validation, UI or browser testing, or a dedicated integration-test suite outside the existing pytest and smoke surfaces.
